Stocking up in Dawson City
Yukon and Klondike Rivers- Dawson City
It’s been raining all day so I left the camera packed away. We’ll be coming back through here on our way home so I’ll take pictures then. Spent the day resting after our two days driving in from Anchorage. Visited the General Store and stocked up on fresh chicken and steak for our trip North. The town only has dirt streets and wooden sidewalks so by the time we got back to the B&B we were meant muddy and wet. I’m exhausted and we haven’t even done any hiking yet!
Tomorrow we head out on The Dempster Highway toward Tombstone Territorial Park. This will be my last post until we return since we will be completely off the grid for the next 10 days or so. I’m going to be in Internet withdrawal. Stay tuned for pictures and stories.
